Refund policy

You have 30 days from the moment your parcel lands on your doorstep to request a return. If you’re outside that window, I’m afraid the ship has sailed.

To be eligible, the piece must be unworn, unused, and still in its original packaging. If it looks like it’s been through a spin cycle or smells like your entire perfume collection, I won't be able to process the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you open your parcel and something is broken, or I’ve managed to send you the wrong thing entirely, please contact me immediately. I’ll evaluate the situation and make sure I fix it.

The Exceptions

There are a few things that just can’t come back:

  • Earrings: For the sake of basic hygiene, I simply can't accept these back.

  • Custom or Personalised Items: If I’ve made it specifically for you, I can’t exactly put it back on the shelf.

  • Gift Cards: I’m afraid these are final.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you actually want is to return your current item and place a separate order for the new one. It’s cleaner, faster, and saves us both the headache of trying to track parcels crossing paths.

The EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you’re based in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason at all, no questions asked. The same condition rules apply—it needs to be pristine and in its original packaging. And not be earrings.

Getting Your Money Back

Once I’ve received the item and confirmed it’s in its original condition, I’ll let you know if the refund is approved. You’ll be sorted automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. Just remember that your bank or credit card company might take their own sweet time processing it on their end.

If 15 business days have passed and you’ve still seen nothing, email me at rainbowregaliaireland@gmail.com.
