I found this absolute showstopper of a vintage cloisonné-style sun pendant feeling a bit sorry for itself, so I gave it a complete overhaul and restoration. With its vibrant, kaleidoscope jewel-toned enamel rays and shimmering rhinestone accents, it deserved a backdrop that could actually keep up with it.
I’ve set it on a pre-layered double stainless steel chain that gives you the effortless look of two layered necklaces without any of the endless tangling behind your neck. The shorter chain features a delicate silver sun charm sitting at 35cm, while the main, statement cloisonné sunburst hangs below on a 45cm chain. It’s tarnish-resistant, delightfully dramatic, and pure 1970s bohemian luxury.
A completely restored, one-of-a-kind piece for when a subtle silver chain just isn't going to cut it.
