There’s a great deal to be said for taking a battered piece of vintage metalwork, scrubbing away the neglect, and giving it a proper second act.
I took a flower pendant salvaged from a sad, forgotten vintage necklace, thoroughly cleaned it up, and added a custom, bright turquoise resin spiral right at its centre. To give it some real weight and movement, I’ve flanked the drop with repurposed turquoise chips and anchored everything onto a heavy, textured stainless steel chain. Naturally, I’ve brought the toggle clasp straight to the front so you don't have to spend five minutes every morning blindly wrestling with a clasp behind your head.
It’s chunky, atmospheric, and just the right mix of early-2000s nostalgia and moody silver hardware.
